KallySecretary Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KallySecretary iOS app and related services operated by KALLY INTELLIGENCE, INC. ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using KallySecretary, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

KallySecretary provides:

• Conversation recording tools
• AI-generated transcripts and summaries
• Session history and playback in the app

3. Subscriptions and Billing

KallySecretary Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase.

• Available plans may include weekly, monthly, and annual billing periods
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app lawfully
• Notify conversation participants and obtain any required consent before recording
• Avoid uploading or processing unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Attempt to bypass subscriptions or security controls
• Reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt service operations
• Use the service to violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights

6. Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party services (including Apple, cloud providers, and AI providers). Service interruptions in those systems may affect availability.

7. Disclaimers

KallySecretary is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Transcripts and summaries are generated content and may contain errors. Review output before relying on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KALLY INTELLIGENCE, INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from app use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abuse of the service.

10. Apple App Store Terms

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and KALLY INTELLIGENCE, INC., not Apple
• KALLY INTELLIGENCE, INC. is responsible for the app and its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
