This Privacy Policy describes how KALLY INTELLIGENCE, INC. ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use KallySecretary, an iOS app for conversation recording, transcript generation, and summary creation.

• Audio captured when you choose to record
• Transcript text generated from recorded audio
• Summary content generated from transcript text

2.2 Subscription and Entitlement Data

• StoreKit transaction and entitlement validation payloads
• App instance identifier used to map entitlements and usage records
• Plan and expiration details needed to enforce subscription access

2.3 Operational and Diagnostics Data

• API request metadata for security, abuse prevention, and reliability
• Usage records (for example, session duration and aggregate token usage)
• Crash and diagnostics information provided through Apple platform tooling

3. How We Use Data

We process data to:

• Provide recording, transcript generation, and summary features
• Verify active subscriptions and enforce paywall access
• Protect service integrity (rate limiting, abuse prevention, security logging)
• Maintain and improve app reliability

4. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

• Audio files, transcripts, and summaries are stored on your device
• Backend systems store limited entitlement and usage records required for billing, security, and service operations
• Raw audio is processed for transcription/summarization and is not maintained as a long-term backend audio archive
• Deleting a session in the app removes local transcript/summary records and attempts to remove local audio files

5. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal data.

We may share data with service providers that process data on our behalf to operate the app:

• Apple (StoreKit, App Store infrastructure)
• Cloud infrastructure providers (for backend hosting and data storage)
• AI processing providers (for transcription and summarization)

These providers are contractually or technically limited to processing data needed for service delivery.

6. Recording Consent and Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with local laws before recording conversations, including notice and consent requirements for other participants.

The app includes explicit recording-consent reminders before capture begins.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection to certain processing.

8. Children's Privacy

KallySecretary is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
