Privacy-First Design
KallyConfidence is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data—only your first name to personalize your experience. For users without an account, all personal data (journal entries, anxiety scores, progress) stays on your device. Registered users can optionally sync their data across devices.
This Privacy Policy describes how KALLY INTELLIGENCE, INC. ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the KallyConfidence mobile application ("App"), a phone anxiety coaching app.
1. Information We Collect

1.3 Information Stored Locally Only
For users without an account, the following data is stored only on your device:
- Anxiety scores and phone anxiety goals
- Journal entries and reflections
- Practice call history and session data
- Progress, XP, streaks, and achievements
- App preferences and settings
1.4 Information Synced to Our Servers (Registered Users Only)
If you create an account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, the following data is securely synchronized to our servers to enable cross-device access:

This data is encrypted in transit and at rest. It is used solely to provide the sync functionality and is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we process to:
- Provide AI-powered practice call responses
- Generate voice responses during practice calls
- Personalize your in-app experience with your first name
What We Do NOT Do
- We do NOT use your information for advertising
- We do NOT track or profile you
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties
- We do NOT use analytics or tracking SDKs
3. Information Sharing
We share data only with:
- Apple: For in-app purchases via StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment details.
- Backend API: Conversation messages are processed transiently to generate AI responses. No data is stored.
We do NOT sell your personal information.
4. Data Security
- Encryption in Transit: All API communications use HTTPS
- Secure Storage: Device tokens stored in iOS Keychain
- Local Encryption: App data protected by iOS device encryption
5. Data Retention
- Temporary Data: Conversation messages cleared when practice call ends
- Local Data: Remains on your device until you delete the App or reset progress in Settings
- Synced Data (Registered Users): Data synchronized to our servers is retained as long as you maintain an active account. You can delete your synced data at any time by:
- Using the "Delete Account" option in Settings, which removes all server-stored data
- Signing out, which stops future synchronization (previously synced data remains unless you request deletion)

6. Your Privacy Rights
6.1 For All Users
- Delete your data by uninstalling the App or using "Reset Progress" in Settings

6.2 For European Economic Area (EEA) Residents
Under GDPR, you have additional rights:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data

- Right to Object: Object to certain processing activities
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time

7. Children's Privacy
KallyConfidence is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
8. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, information processed by our servers may be transferred to the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, through in-app notification.
